Texans 2008 NFL Draft

Am I the only one who thinks the Cowboys are the best team in the NFL? Look at their offense and defense. Offense you have guys like Romo, Owens, Witten, Barber, Felix Jones. Defense you have Mike Jenkins, Ware, Pacman, Newnan.

If you are going to bring in a coach and ask him to fix the Oline then give him what he wants and get out of his way and let him fix the Mother -F'er! Look at Norm Chow in TN he did not get the QB he wanted and he found himself with a new address.

While its not the pick I would have liked best (Mendenhall), I can't argue with that logic. Its the old Bill Parcells' "let me pick the groceries" philosophy.
 
Lets see if the Bears draft a QB to finally try and fix up that position...

Definitely, I was pretty psyched when Mendenhall was there at 18 and was bummed when we traded down, but I for one am NOT going to prematurely complain and label this draft. We should all know not to judge a player prematurely for "what could have been". Hopefully Brown can become a quality starter for us.

Man, the Steelers are in the flow.

Mendenhall AND Sweed...two guys who are pure athletes.

Steelers are doing well, IMO.
 
Big Ben got his big receiver that he complained about in Sweed. Good value there.

The Second Round has been weird. Some teams are reaching anda cting like it is Round 7
 
And what is Washington doing??

They draft 2 receivers and a tight end in the 2nd round. They already have Santana Moss and Antwan Randle-El. Now they add Fred Davis, Malcolm Kelly and Devin Thomas.
